The proposed construction sites are: the first one in the southern part of Victory Square, bounded by the streets Shopokova, Ogonbaeva, Ibraimova, and Victory Square. The second is planned for the northern part near the "Aichurok" TSUM on the territory of the existing mini-market.
According to the project sketch, the underground parking will consist of three levels. Preliminary calculations suggest that the number of parking spaces will meet the needs of both people working in the city center and visitors to public buildings and shopping centers within walking distance.
- The entrance and exit ramps will be located on the western and eastern sides of Ogonbaeva Street. Next to them will be entrances to the underground levels, equipped with escalators and elevators for descent and ascent, connecting all underground levels with the ground-level lobby, - reports Bishkek City Architecture.
It is also noted that the surface area above the complex will be restored after its construction and will acquire additional landscaping elements: a large decorative pool with fountains, a universal space for recreation and mass events with a low amphitheater and a stage area.
