A total of 99.25 percent of ballots have been processed. Voter turnout by 18:00 was 45.7 percent of the total number of voters.
For the first time in the history of Kyrgyzstan, the parliamentary elections on October 4, 2015, were conducted using biometric data. The voter database was formed from the data of 2 million 670 thousand 480 citizens who were granted the right to vote in the upcoming election.
