The foreign ministers of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have signed a cooperation program for 2014-2015 aimed at strengthening political dialogue between the two countries. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, released on Tuesday, July 15.
The statement said: "The signing of the cooperation program took place during the official visit of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Erlan Idrisov, to Kyrgyzstan. The document was signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Erlan Idrisov and the head of the foreign policy agency of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldaev."
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Erlan Idrisov, stated: "There is significant potential for cooperation between our countries in the economic sphere. We need to deepen trade and economic relations and encourage the expansion of mutual trade in every possible way."
