The magazine "Forbes" published a ranking of the most visited resorts from the former USSR countries, which included two health resorts of the Kyrgyz Republic — the sanatoriums "Issyk-Kul Aurora" and "Blue Issyk-Kul," which are members of the Association of Resorts of Kyrgyzstan. The selection was made based on criteria such as maximum mentions and the number of bookings.

The tourism industry in Kyrgyzstan is growing quite rapidly and is becoming one of the priority sectors of the economy in the country. The republic has good tourist potential and great opportunities for the development of domestic and international tourism. Tourism is one of the priority areas of the economy within the framework of the upcoming national development strategy. In the context of developing globalization, the global tourism industry opens up great prospects and enormous potential for the development of tourism in Kyrgyzstan.

In 2014, many tourist facilities began to improve their service levels and enhance their marketing strategies. Many tourism entities started to create cooperatives and associations to improve tourism worldwide. A striking example is the establishment of the Association of Resorts of Kyrgyzstan, which includes renowned health resorts, spas, boarding houses, and children's camps of the Kyrgyz Republic. Thanks to such unions and associations, many entities in the tourism industry have significantly increased their demand in the global market.

The marketing strategy has been refined, and new methods and approaches have emerged in the field. The internet has become an indispensable source of information and a platform for developing sales plans. The number of qualified marketing specialists is growing, and tourism is making significant strides. Such achievements will not only be a source of pride for Kyrgyzstan but also serve as an incentive and example for other tourism entities.
