Children's Health Camp "Dzerzhinets"

Children

Every summer, the children's health camp "Dzerzhinets" opens its doors for kids. It is the only health resort where schoolchildren can relax together with their parents. Children are in a group, but at the same time under the supervision of their moms and dads, who are resting from the urban hustle at the beach. In Kyrgyzstan, there are only two camps that have managed to avoid the fate of widespread and hasty privatization. "Sputnik" and "Dzerzhinets" have stood their ground, and the level of organization of recreation for kids in these camps, especially the latter, is different from all those who consider themselves children's health resorts. There is always a program of targeted educational activities here.

“Dzerzhinets” is a lake, sun, beach, cheerful counselors, a lot of positivity, and a huge number of games, contests, acquaintances, and friends. “For each group, a sports competition is held, which includes swimming, athletics, basketball, pioneerball, volleyball, football, and arm wrestling. It’s almost like a mini Olympic Games. For the little ones, fun starts are organized on the beach. There are also chess tournaments and sand drawing contests. Every day is packed for the kids, as, in addition to this, various evening activities are organized for them. The core teaching staff of the health resort has remained unchanged for many years and has become like family to the kids. Upon arrival, children immediately run to greet and hug everyone like old good friends. The counselors have also grown attached to the children and sometimes come to the camp just to meet them. They are all like one big friendly family.

Contests in the camp are not just competitions but also an opportunity to unleash the creative potential of the kids, which knows no bounds.

On the territory of "Dzerzhinets," a medical station operates around the clock, staffed by qualified specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs hospital. They are equipped with all necessary medications, but fortunately, apart from colds, the children and vacationers do not seek medical help. The kitchen is run by a top-class chef with his students. Their culinary delights are personally tasted by a doctor every day before they reach the children's tables. The safety of the children is ensured by the staff of the SOBR unit and soldiers of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
