The Children's Health Center "Ulan" is located on the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, in the village of Toru-Ayghyr, on a well-maintained and green area. For recreation at Issyk-Kul, the Children's Health Center "Ulan" has its own sandy beach on the shore of the lake.
For accommodating guests, the Children's Health Center "Ulan" has brick buildings designed to host 600 children simultaneously. Each floor of the building can accommodate two groups of 30-36 people for rest. Children are settled in rooms of 8-9 people. Each group has access to toilet and washroom facilities, as well as a "group room" where they can relax and watch television during the day.
