In one of the most ecologically clean areas of Kyrgyzstan - the Suusamyr Valley, the Kumys Treatment Center "Baytur" opened in 2011.
Kumys treatment is a unique method of healing that is gaining increasing popularity due to its total impact on the human body. Suusamyr is a high-altitude plateau located at an altitude of 2200 meters, 160 km from Bishkek. Kumys and mare's milk from the Suusamyr Valley have been renowned for their healing properties since ancient times.
It is advisable to undergo treatment with mare's milk every year, as it is truly considered a panacea for all diseases. Mare's milk has high biological value. It is used in the treatment of a number of diseases, as a substitute for women's milk, and as a primary component of baby food. Kumys is made from mare's milk, which is subsequently used for therapeutic and preventive purposes. The drink is easily absorbed by a weakened body, stimulates appetite, improves food digestion processes, and enhances absorption in the small intestine. At the same time, kumys lowers cholesterol levels in the body, and its rich iron content increases hemoglobin levels in the blood.
The chemical composition of kumys includes proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins of group B, PP, A, E, C, trace elements, all of which are bound to proteins, facilitating their better absorption.
Additionally, kumys has a beneficial effect on diseases of the nervous system, enhances the immune system and respiratory center, boosts liver protective function, and cleanses from alcohol intoxication. It has an immunostimulating effect due to the presence of linolenic acid from the Omega-3 family. Kumys can rightfully be called a "living drink." It is both a therapeutic-diabetic and a general strengthening product at the same time.
Due to the hot weather, kumys treatment is conducted from May 25 to July 1, and from August 1 to September 30.
At the modern kumys treatment center "Baytur," located in the Suusamyr Valley, you will be offered a unique method of treatment with kumys, which will not only help improve your health thanks to the healing properties of mare's milk but also allow you to relax wonderfully while enjoying the beauty of this region.
