Jamaica Boarding House, Sary-Oy, Issyk-Kul
The "Jamaica" boarding house is located in a picturesque coastal area on the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, 14 km from the center of the resort zone of Cholpon-Ata, in the village of Sary-Oy. The boarding house was built in 1976.
Thanks to the unique natural and climatic factors of the Issyk-Kul coast and the presence of modern recreational infrastructure, the boarding house welcomes guests for sanatorium-resort vacations in the summer. The advantage of the health resort is that it is isolated from noise and hustle by a natural barrier. The territory of the boarding house covers a large area with green plantings, featuring exotic and rare plants that will appeal to every vacationer.
On the large beach, covered with fine sand, there are: a lit pier 105.5 m long, convenient changing cabins, large beach umbrellas, and a toilet. The distance from the building to the beach is 200 m. A boat station, catamarans, a banana boat, and a bar will allow for a pleasant time on the beach. There are all kinds of water activities available, including boats, catamarans, banana boats, etc. The territory also features cafes, bars, and a disco.
For sports enthusiasts, there are volleyball and mini-football courts, table tennis, billiards, and horseback excursions. The territory also includes a computer room, a children's playground, a shop, a guarded parking lot, security service, and a storage room.
Dining:
Cafeteria and restaurant. The cafeteria accommodates more than 200 people, while the restaurant can host over 100 people.
Guests staying in luxury rooms dine in the restaurant included in the price, on an "A la carte" basis, with breakfast served as a buffet.
Guests in other room categories can also dine in the restaurant for an additional fee.
The hotel has a capacity of 250 beds and a conference hall for 70 people.

Luxury Rooms:
Two-room, consisting of a living room and a bedroom. Equipped with soft furniture (Turkey), satellite TV, bedroom furniture, hallway furniture, refrigerator, shower, bathroom, and have access to a balcony. Meals for guests in this category of rooms at the "Jamaica" hotel are served in the restaurant (breakfast - buffet).
Junior Suite Rooms:
Bedroom furniture, soft furniture, hallway furniture, TV, refrigerator, coffee table, and a set of necessary dishes. Separate bathroom.
Standard Rooms:
Beds, TV, coffee table, dishes. Modern shower rooms, consisting of 3 cabins, and toilets, also consisting of three cabins, are located sectionally for every 4 rooms on each floor.
Cottage:
Commissioned in 2008. Consists of three entrances with separate access. One of the cottage rooms features a living room with a fireplace, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The cozy atmosphere and privacy of the cottage are recommended for an excellent peaceful vacation.
Prices are indicated in US dollars per room per day, with approximately three meals included.
Accommodation for children under 5 years costs $10 per day, without providing a bed.
Children aged 6 to 12 receive a 10% discount on the cost of accommodation with a provided bed.
An additional bed is offered at a 30% discount on the cost of accommodation with meals.
