It is located in the village of Kara-Oy (formerly Dolinka), 8 km from the city of Cholpon-Ata, on the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, 240 km from Bishkek.
The name of the hotel (Botany Beach) is justified, as it is situated in a secluded area, in the most beautiful and green part of the resort zone, on the territory of a forestry in the village of Kara-Oy. The hotel grounds are well-kept and landscaped, adorned with coniferous and deciduous trees, and the central alley is decorated with dense sea buckthorn bushes.
Botany Beach Hotel is a quiet and modern hotel that has been operating since 2007. It consists of 8 comfortably furnished cottage-bungalows (38 beds) and 6 standard rooms in the building (12 beds), with a total capacity of 50 people.

Standard bungalow cottage – double rooms with a veranda, private bathroom, shower with hot water, satellite TV, refrigerator, tables, and chairs.
VIP cottage for 4 people - a separate cottage with a living room and bedroom. Leather sofas and armchairs, kitchen unit with built-in appliances and dishes, TV with DVD player, Charcot shower, separate green lawn.
Room cleaning – daily, linen change – once a week, towel change – twice a week, room service available.

Yurt - can accommodate a large group of up to 8 people. A wonderful opportunity to feel like a nomad, living in the national dwelling of the Kyrgyz people. The yurt is equipped with national blankets (toshok) and pillows used for sleeping, a refrigerator, a TV with a DVD player, and a table. Morning water procedures can be taken at the lake (20m), with bathroom and shower facilities in the building.

The accommodation price includes three meals a day.
For children under 3 years old without a separate bed – only meals are charged at $10.
For children under 10 years old with a separate bed – 80% of the cost of the bed.
For children 10 years and older, the accommodation cost is at the full rate.
Extra bed (folding bed) for children 3-10 years old – 50% of the cost of the bed.
Extra bed (folding bed) for adults and children over 10 years old is charged at the full rate.
Guests must have their passport and child's birth certificate with them.
The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes from national and European cuisine. Guests' wishes are taken into account when compiling the menu. In the evening, the restaurant and bar are open for guests. You can use the beach bar services and order shashlik.
Beach Description: private, golden sand; equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. The water entry is gentle, with a sandy bottom. Beach bar available. Umbrellas, sun loungers, beach towels – free of charge. Every Saturday, a disco with live music is held. The maximum distance to the beach is 150m.
Pool: open children's inflatable pool, covered adult pool with heating.
