The sanatorium is located on the left side of the coast, in the village of Kara-Oy. Nearby is the popular Akun Issyk-Kul complex, previously known as Dolinka. The distance to the resort town of Cholpon-Ata is only 5 km.
The sanatorium has its own large territory with green plantings. Comfortable buildings and luxurious cottages are offered for the accommodation of vacationers.
Types of Rooms: For the accommodation of vacationers, buildings and cottages are offered. In the one-story building No. 1, there are 14 triple rooms. The rooms are furnished, with a washbasin with cold water and a huge window. Shower and toilet are on the territory.
Rooms in the building. The building is of Soviet-era construction – a guest house. Sanitary facilities and shower are on the territory.
Brick cottage. Standard rooms in brick cottages consist of sectional rooms (3+1, 3+2). The room has a table, chairs, and in the two and three-bed rooms, there is an additional wardrobe. Facilities for 2 adjacent rooms.
Chalet. The "Chalet" cottage accommodates 5 people (2-bed + 3-bed rooms). Sanitary facilities and shower are on the territory.
Cottage "Scales". The "Scales" cottage is a two-story cottage with isolated rooms. On the first floor, there are 2 triple rooms. At the entrance on the first floor, there are 2 sanitary facilities, one of which has a shower. On the second floor, there are 2 double rooms.
Cottage "Semi-luxury". The semi-luxury cottage consists of two rooms. There is a living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, table, chairs, and a wardrobe. In the living room, there is a TV, sofa, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table. The bedroom has a bed, bedside tables, a mirror, and a pouf.
The price includes accommodation and three meals a day.
Rooms of the categories "Luxury", "Semi-luxury", "Improved Standard", "Standard" are equipped with refrigerators and a satellite TV system (10 channels).
For children under 5 years old, without providing a separate bed, meals are charged at 550 soms per day.
If there are rooms with the required number of places, a room with an extra bed is not provided. In case of early departure, vacationers will receive a refund with a deduction for 1 day. If a client wishes to stay alone in a double room, a 20% discount is provided. Vacationers must have their passport and child's birth certificate with them.
Meals: The dining room offers three meals a day. Dishes of national and European cuisine are predominantly prepared. Entertainment: The open summer café is open until late evening, offering visitors very tasty dishes of national cuisine and fresh cold beer, which will be just right in the evening.
There is a private sandy beach. The distance to it is 300 meters. The beach is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable rest. Water attractions are offered for vacationers on the beach. You can rent catamarans, boats, scooters, parachutes, and bananas. A boat trip can be taken on a steamboat.
There is also an excursion bureau on the territory, where you can always order an interesting route and spend time discovering new corners of this beautiful place. One-day tours to Semenovskoye or Grigorievskoye gorges are offered. You can also visit one of the most beautiful places in the Issyk-Kul region, the Jeti-Oguz gorge. A trip to the salt lake on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul will leave positive emotions for a lifetime.
