The guesthouse "Ak Tolkun" is located on the northern shore in the city of Cholpon-Ata (250 km from Bishkek). This guesthouse has been known to tourists since the Soviet era, as it was owned by the energy ministry and proudly bore the name "ENERGETIK." The guesthouse occupies the 5th to 8th floors of a multi-story complex and is adjacent to another guesthouse, El-Nuru, which is located on the 1st to 4th floors.
The guesthouse is surrounded by birch and coniferous trees. On the territory of the guesthouse, there is a cinema, cafeterias, and much more for a wonderful and fulfilling rest on Issyk-Kul. The guesthouse is perfect for family vacations as well as for group gatherings. The nearest neighbors of the Ak Tolkun guesthouse are the Aala-Tuu rest house and Three Crowns. The guesthouse is located near the resort infrastructure of Cholpon-Ata, where tourists can visit museums, cinemas, sports competitions, restaurants, and an eastern market.

Hot water is supplied according to a schedule.
Meals: three meals a day with a set menu. In addition to the set menu, it is possible to order signature dishes from the chef in the evening.
