The recreation center is located 100 meters from the highway on the shore of the lake and is built on the slope of a mountain, allowing for rooms designed with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. The hotel has 45 rooms of various categories:
“Standard” – 28 single and double rooms, furnished with one-and-a-half and double beds. A desk, wardrobe, TV, mini-bar, safe, and other necessary attributes for a full-fledged vacation.
“Semi-suite” – 10 comfortable cozy rooms, each divided into a sleeping area with a large double bed and a relaxation area with a set of soft furniture.
“Suite” – 5 rooms. Each room consists of two adjoining rooms: a bedroom with a large double bed, a cozy living room with a set of soft furniture, and a workspace.
“Apartments” – 2 spacious 3-room suites with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and a shared elegantly decorated living room.
In the rooms: wardrobe with a personal electronic safe, bathrobes and slippers, shampoo, air conditioning, shower gel, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, a set of towels, hairdryer, telephone, cable TV, WiFi Internet, TV, mini-bar, umbrella, electric kettle, dishes, room service.
The price of the room includes accommodation, breakfast, and access to the gym.

An important advantage of this popular recreation spot is the golden sandy beach, beautifully landscaped. There is entertainment for everyone, from young to old, on the shore.
Well-maintained paths lead to the beach along the beautifully green lawns and flowerbeds. And in front of the walker opens a wonderful view of the emerald shimmering Lake Issyk-Kul.
At the beach, there are open basketball, football, volleyball courts, and a tennis court. Nearby is a large children's playground with slides and swings for kids, and benches for adults. A cozy beach bar is located a little further in the shade of the trees. Beach umbrellas and numerous comfortable loungers are set up along the golden sandy shore. The shore itself is clean, as it is carefully cleaned by the recreation center staff every morning, and littering is not accepted here.
The pride of the beach is the covered pier with adjoining round gazebos standing on stilts in the water. In the dark, the gazebos and pier are beautifully illuminated by modern garlands. During the day, it brings great pleasure to vacationers to watch and admire the crystal clear, tranquil surface of Lake Issyk-Kul from the pier.
Various water entertainment points operate on the beach: boat and catamaran rentals, banana rides, and jet skiing, parachuting. The curious can embark on an exciting excursion across the lake on a motorboat. Pleasure boats and yachts dock at the pier. Nearby the recreation center are the Semenov and Grigoriev gorges. And right from the beach area, one can set off on an exciting hike, taking a photo or video camera along.
For conferences, the hotel offers: a hall for 60 people, equipment for simultaneous translation, microphones, screen, projector, laptop, flipchart with paper, copying equipment, laser and color printers, scanner. The hall has comfortable air conditioning and sound amplification equipment.
