Culinary Delights During Hunting in Kyrgyzstan

You need to inform the organizers in advance about what you eat or do not eat. Dietary preferences can vary greatly, and it is not a problem for the organizers to accommodate them.

The usual meals during the hunt are as follows:
In the base camp — hot dishes (manti, pilaf, lagman, shorpo, borscht, fried meat, cutlets, various soups, salads, pickles, and other items upon request). During the hunting process, the meals are more modest, with lunch being a dry ration, but you are welcome to expand it as you wish.

Breakfast — hot tea and light snacks (sausages, lard, cheeses, eggs, canned goods).

Dinner — usually hot (canned goods, fried meat, potatoes), but there may not be enough time for preparation.

You should discuss with the hunting organizers in advance what you would like to eat, both in the base camp and during radial outings. The organizers will always provide a sample list of dishes and products, including for dry rations, which need to be agreed upon, and the organizers will prepare everything as per the agreement.
