She characterized this as a violation of the law
Zhyldyzkan Zholdoshova, a candidate for the position of deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh from the 8th district, reported that the 8th territorial commission annulled 1009 votes cast for her, citing a video showing the distribution of cash.
In her Facebook post, Zholdoshova emphasized that this video material was filmed in another district and has no relation to her electoral campaign.
She also noted that law enforcement agencies in the Osh region examined this material and found no violations, resulting in no criminal case being opened. Nevertheless, the territorial commission deemed this event a violation and annulled the voting results at polling stations No. 5249 and No. 5514.
The candidate intends to seek an objective and lawful review of this situation by the Central Election Commission.
