The CEC approved the election results for district No. 9: Jalilov, Tolonov, and Egenberdieva become deputies of the local council.

The Central Election Commission held a meeting on December 8, during which it discussed the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in district No. 9 and made the corresponding decision.

The resolution adopted at the meeting confirmed the election results in district No. 9, which were recognized as valid. The protocol with the election results was also approved.

According to the voting results in district No. 9, the following deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh were elected:

- Azamzhan Jalilov – 5461 votes;
- Daniyar Tolonov – 5088 votes;
- Zhyldyz Egenberdieva – 1127 votes.

For the elections in the multi-mandate district No. 9, 68 polling stations were organized. The voter lists included 123,213 people, of whom 41,800 (33.39%) participated in the voting. At the polling stations in the district, 41,502 voters cast their ballots, while 4,849 voted remotely.

Fourteen candidates participated in the elections. During the preparation and conduct of the elections, various statements and complaints were received by the Coordination Group for Operational Response, all of which were considered, and a decision was made on each, which is recorded in the Register of Complaints and Violations. As a result, the voting results at seven polling stations were annulled.

Sultan Makilov, head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reported that the police received a signal about vote-buying by candidate Yrgal Kadyralieva. The statement claims that messages were circulated in one of the WhatsApp groups stating that the candidate promised to install a transformer in the village of Sai for 100,000 soms and distribute 2,000 soms per vote. In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated, and investigative actions are being conducted.

Kadyralieva responded that she is not responsible for the correspondence between two women in WhatsApp and added that the messages were checked several times, but the facts were not confirmed. A total of 27 complaints were submitted in the district, and decisions were made to refuse to initiate a criminal case. She also stated that 688 votes were taken away from her and demanded their restoration.

Makilov reported that on December 1, the Osh Regional Prosecutor's Office canceled the police's decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case and sent the case for additional verification. On December 6, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Osh Region initiated a criminal case regarding vote-buying.

As of December 8, according to the data from the CEC, Kadyralieva received 1,099 votes.
