“A low-gradient field of high pressure will form over Kyrgyzstan. A pronounced ridge will be observed across the country, leading to warm weather,” the specialists explained.
Meteorologists also noted that such warm conditions in January are not unprecedented—similar phenomena were recorded last year as well.

Such conditions lead to light winds and stable weather, often with clear skies, as the air descends, suppressing cloud formation and precipitation.
