The deputy explained his initiative to cancel the night shift bonus
In an interview with the publication "24.kg," Deputy Marlen Mamataliyev clarified his position regarding the cancellation of bonuses for night work.
According to him, this proposal concerns city services, as their activities during the day create inconveniences for residents.
"I am not against increasing the rates for night shifts. My proposal is to create separate night shifts, allowing these workers to perform their tasks at night when they will not distract others. There are people who prefer to work at night," Mamataliyev noted.
Recall that earlier he proposed to cancel bonuses for night work to ensure garbage collection and road work in the evening and nighttime hours, as this leads to traffic jams and street closures during the day.
