Among the participants were residents from areas such as MTF-2, Nur-Kojo, Ak-Bata, Ak-Zhar, Lebedinovka, Alamudun, Lower Ala-Archa, and 305-MAB, which were included in the Sverdlovsk district as part of the administrative-territorial reform.
During the meeting, important social and infrastructure issues were discussed. The problems concerning water supply, road conditions, sewage, and the lack of public transport were particularly emphasized.
Regarding improvements to the transport infrastructure, Ulanbek Beishenbaev, head of the Transport Department, informed that new 8-meter buses will start operating only after the road repairs are completed.
The mayor also noted that no road repair work is planned until the issues with water supply and sewage are fully resolved. He stated that, by the President's directive, a special program for the development of the recently annexed territories has been developed, which is scheduled until 2030. The total budget for the program is about 9 billion soms, and this year, 2.5–3 billion soms have already been allocated for its implementation.
Additionally, the participants raised questions about land plots. The mayor emphasized that during the road construction process, the municipality will dismantle illegally installed economic structures and new foundations; however, previously identified illegal residential houses will not be demolished, and this is not planned for the future.
He also added that it is unacceptable to build illegal structures in the future.
At the end of the meeting, the mayor instructed the heads of the relevant services to take specific measures to promptly address the raised issues and set deadlines for their execution.
