In accordance with the order issued by the Chairman of the Cabinet on January 22, 2026, under number 30, this decision has been made for the effective implementation of the aforementioned presidential decree.
The commission is tasked with holding regular meetings to analyze information on the progress of the decree's implementation, which will be provided by state bodies.
Furthermore, the following has been rendered invalid:
1) the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 17, 2025, No. 167;
2) the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 17, 2025, No. 359.
