According to the decree signed by the head of state, the appointments are made based on paragraph 3 of part 4 of article 70, paragraph 2 of part 8 of article 95 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as part 3 of article 25 of the Constitutional Law "On the Status of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic." This decision was made upon the recommendation of the Council for Justice Affairs of Kyrgyzstan. As a result, the following individuals have been appointed as judges of local courts:
- Akyldbekova Aizhamal Akyldbekovna;
- Jamburchieva Kanykey Ashirbekovna;
- Madanbekova Lira Orumbekovna;
- Ryskulov Askat Zhanibaevich;
- Sarybaev Samarbek Nazarbekovich.
