The deadline for submitting candidates for the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for the multi-mandate electoral district No. 13 ended on January 29, 2026, at 18:00. The new elections are scheduled for March 1, 2026.

Out of 31 candidates who submitted their documents (21 men and 10 women), 11 have been registered as of January 30. Four candidates decided to withdraw from the elections.

One candidate was denied registration. The Central Election Commission indicated that Mansuraliev Zalkarbek Medetbekovich does not meet the requirement of permanent residence in the territory of the republic for the last five years prior to nomination. According to the State Border Service of the KR dated January 22, 2026, he was outside the country: 354 days in 2021, 364 days in 2022, and 123 days in 2023.

The process of registering candidates is ongoing.

It is worth noting that on December 3, 2025, the Central Election Commission examined violations in district No. 13, where 94 polling stations were created for 160,340 voters. In the previous elections, 14 candidates were registered. During the inspection, it was found that observers from candidates registered at 35 polling stations illegally installed cameras and monitored the voting process, violating the secrecy of the ballot. As a result, the CEC canceled the registration of all 14 candidates.
