Kalpaev noted that the deputies had specifically gathered to discuss pressing issues with Baysalov.
He emphasized: "He only sat for 15 minutes and left. How should this be interpreted? Either he has an interview or a broadcast. Meanwhile, there are 30 deputies here discussing benefits and complex social issues. This is a manifestation of disrespect towards the deputies, the people, and the legislation. Should he be held accountable for this? He has become the spoiled child (erke bala) of the Cabinet of Ministers," Kalpaev stated.
In response, Tumonbaev mentioned that he had communicated with Baysalov the day before the meeting.
“He claimed that he had a meeting at 10:00, but he postponed it to 12:00, which was the reason for the start of the meeting. The Minister of Labor and Social Protection, his deputy, and other representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers are present in the hall. It is wrong to condemn anyone or demand accountability. Respect the boundaries when speaking in public,” the deputy added.
It is worth noting that Baysalov spent almost two hours at the meeting.
