Plans for staff rotation in medical institutions
Minister of Health Kanaybek Dosmambetov noted that it is time to refresh the staff in Bishkek clinics. This statement was made at the final meeting of the board regarding the results of 2025.
In his opinion, the situation where doctors remain in one workplace for 20-30 years negatively affects the progress of the healthcare system.
"Essentially, they have 'grown moss.' There is no development. We need staff renewal. We need new young specialists," the minister emphasized.
