The Deputy Prime Minister expressed concern about possible misunderstandings
Kyrgyzstan is actively engaging with European countries. In an interview with Euronews, Edil Baisalov, the Deputy Prime Minister, shared his views on potential sanctions from the European Union against the republic.
“We are certainly concerned about possible misunderstandings. Some of the sanctions disappoint us, and it seems to me that they aim to identify the most vulnerable points. We are committed to cooperation, ready to explain and defend our pragmatic interests regarding national development, while remaining focused on internal affairs,” Baisalov added.
