This measure is aimed at organizing the jewelry market, creating transparent conditions for doing business, and reducing the administrative burden on honest taxpayers.
During the legalization period, reduced rates of assay fees for testing and hallmarking of products are in effect:
- For gold, platinum, and palladium jewelry, both domestic and foreign (including used items) - 10 soms per unit;
- For silver jewelry of similar categories - 8 soms per unit.
- Register in the electronic invoice system on the website esf.salyk.kg.
- Go to the "Acquisition" section, then select the DPBU subsection.
- Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the pop-up window, select the option "Entering information about precious jewelry made of precious metals".
- After that, the main details of the document will be generated automatically, and the taxpayer will only need to fill in the goods section in accordance with paragraph 19 of the Procedure for the registration and application of invoices.
