The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the resolution on the temporary ban on the export of petroleum products

- The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has updated the resolution regarding the temporary ban on the export of oil and petroleum products beyond the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

According to the new regulations, certain types of fuel produced at the "China Petrol Company Junda" oil refinery have been exempted from the general ban. This applies to gasoline of grade AI-92 (K-2), gasoline of grade AI-80, as well as diesel fuel of class K-2.

The changes made pertain to the resolution adopted by the government on March 1, 2021, under number 66. This document was adopted in accordance with the obligations under the treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union and the constitutional law on the Cabinet of Ministers.

The resolution will be officially published and will come into effect from the moment of its signing.

The document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, on January 30, 2026.
