It is important to note that "Asman Bank" was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the KR on June 4, 2024.
The founder of the bank is Mikhail Kuzovlev, who, according to open sources, has connections with the Russian financial sector, having previously held the position of head of "Bank of Moscow." The position of chairman of the new bank was taken by Erkinbek Jumabaev, who previously managed "Keremet Bank" and "Bank Kompanion." Currently, however, the position of head is held by Biialieva Erkeaiym Samarbekovna.
Previously, licenses for banking activities were granted to institutions such as "Alma Bank" and "Post Bank."
Currently, there are 21 commercial banks operating in Kyrgyzstan.
