The meeting attracted more than two thousand public servants from different countries around the world

In Moscow, the first International Congress on Public Administration is taking place these days, gathering over 2000 participants from various countries. This landmark event for public administrators aims to enhance managerial skills and address current challenges in the field of public administration. It is organized by the Presidential Academy with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Presidential Administration.

During the plenary discussion, Daniyar Amangeldiev, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, spoke. He noted that the Russian model of public administration stands out for its deep traditions and systematic approach to reforms that have been carried out for many years: “The Russian experience in this area is one of the most advanced. We have actively collaborated and learned from our Russian colleagues: we implemented the 'Electronic Government,' we are starting the digitalization of public services, and together with the Presidential Academy, we created a school for training mayors, which has already positively impacted the qualification level of our public administrators.”

An important meeting also took place between Amangeldiev and the rector of the Presidential Academy, highlighting the significance of the issues discussed, which can lead to real changes.

The discussion focused on specific steps: launching the second cohort of the “School for Mayors” for city leaders, organizing internships for Kyrgyz public servants at the academy, and developing joint educational programs for a new generation of managers.

Friendly ties with the Kyrgyz Republic are already firmly established: 89 students from the country are studying at the academy, and 7 cooperation agreements have been signed with Kyrgyz partners.
