According to the new amendments approved by the resolution dated February 9, 2026, No. 71, changes were made to the third point of the original document, which defines the issues of management and coordination of various decisions related to this state enterprise.
In particular, the phrase "in agreement with the founder" in the third paragraph of the third point was changed to "in agreement with the authorized state body for the management of state property." This means that now the coordination of certain management decisions regarding the state enterprise "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" will take place not with the Ministry of Energy, but with the state body responsible for managing state assets.
These changes are aimed at improving the management of the state enterprise and ensuring its activities comply with the current regulations on the management of state property. The resolution will come into force ten days after its official publication.
