A campaign to discredit Kamchybek Tashiev has erupted on social media, as stated by Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the president's press service.
He noted: "Fake accounts are actively working to tarnish General Tashiev and his family. This is a provocation aimed at creating tension in society."
According to Orunbekov, the relevant authorities have already begun an investigation, and those found guilty will face punishment.
