The annulled documents concerned the appointment of the authorized representative and his deputy from the Kyrgyz Republic in the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and the Council of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD).
Previously:
- the Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic acted as the authorized representative of Kyrgyzstan in these councils;
- the Deputy Minister of Finance, responsible for the external block, was appointed as his deputy;
- the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was responsible for officially notifying the EDB and EFSD about these appointments.
Now all the above provisions have lost their force, and a new appointment procedure or new representatives have not been approved.

1. Appoint:
- the Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic as the Authorized Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank and the Council of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development;
- the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (overseeing the external block) as the Deputy Authorized Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank.

2. Recognize as invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated April 1, 2021, No. 79-r.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic shall notify the Eurasian Development Bank and the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development of the appointment of the representatives specified in paragraph 1 of this order in the established manner.

Order of the CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the membership of the Kyrgyz Republic in international financial organizations":
Make the following amendment to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated January 27, 2022, No. 33-r:
1. In the third paragraph of paragraph 1, replace the words "Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce" with the words "Deputy Minister of Finance".
2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic shall notify the Eurasian Development Bank and the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development of the appointment of the representative specified in paragraph 1 of this order in the established manner.
3. The control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Department of Control over the Implementation of the Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
