English law will be implemented in Kyrgyzstan and an arbitration center will be created in 'Tamchy'.

The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic has initiated discussions on the introduction of elements of English law and the establishment of an International Dispute Resolution Center (IDRC) in the Special Financial and Investment Zone of "Tamchy." The meeting, which addressed these issues, was attended by Minister of Justice Ayaz Bayetov, British Ambassador Nick Boulter, and representatives from international financial organizations, according to information from the ministry's press service.

Among the participants were diplomats from the European Union and the United States, as well as representatives from organizations such as the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Asian Development Bank, and the International Business Council. During the discussion, the necessary steps for launching the IDRC, which will be based on international standards for resolving commercial disputes, were examined in detail.

The creation of an independent arbitration mechanism in "Tamchy" aims to protect investors' rights and strengthen trust in the country's legal system. Participants from international organizations emphasized that the presence of an effective and authoritative dispute resolution mechanism would enhance the predictability of judicial practice and become an important factor in attracting investment to the private sector.

As a result of the meeting, all participants expressed their readiness to work together on the practical implementation of this initiative, which should contribute to strengthening Kyrgyzstan's investment potential.
