The GNS reminded who and by what date must submit the unified tax declaration

According to information from the press service of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan, legal entities, as well as state and municipal officials, must submit a unified tax declaration by April 1.

The mandatory filers of the declaration include:

domestic companies, excluding budget organizations and those that do not have tax obligations for property tax;
foreign organizations with a permanent representation in the territory of Kyrgyzstan;
state and municipal officials;
members of the Council for the Selection of Judges, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank.

The declaration can be submitted electronically through the taxpayer's personal account on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg. The document must include information about income and expenses, economic activities, real estate, land plots, as well as the amounts of taxes paid for the reporting period.
