- A message from the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) confirms the extension of the anti-dumping duty on several goods imported from the People's Republic of China.

The validity of the duty on leaf springs and corresponding sheets has been extended until November 17, 2026.

Previously, the measure was set to expire on March 20, 2026. However, after receiving a petition to the Department of Internal Market Protection of the EEC, a repeated anti-dumping investigation was initiated in November 2025.

“In accordance with the legislation of the EAEU, there is a possibility to extend the application of anti-dumping measures during the period of the repeated investigation, which must be completed within one year from the start,” noted representatives of the EEC trade block.

The anti-dumping duty on leaf springs from China was introduced according to the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated February 16, 2021, No. 17, and amounts to 14.11% of the customs value.
