Zhoomart Toktogulov has become the new head of the GKNB department for the city of Osh and Osh region, as reported by the presidential administration.
On February 19, Deputy Chairman of the special service Alisher Erbaev held a meeting where he introduced the new head to the staff of the local GKNB. The meeting was also attended by the mayor of Osh Janar Akaev and the presidential representative in the Osh region Amankan Kenzhebaev.
