The main goal of the program is to create comfortable conditions for mass participation in football, enhance the professional skills of players, and promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth.
This document includes additional materials such as a national football development program, an eight-year action plan, a budget, as well as a monitoring system and key performance indicators.
Various state structures, local government bodies, and the Kyrgyz Football Union will be involved in the implementation of the program. Participants are required to develop work plans annually and provide reports on the implementation of activities twice a year.
The main tasks of the program include addressing existing issues in football development, increasing its popularity among the population, ensuring accessibility of sports for different social groups, and improving the material and technical base.
According to expectations, the consistent implementation of the program's activities will contribute to the activation of sports organizations and further development of football in Kyrgyzstan.
