The deputies approved the appointment of Osmonov and Akunbekov as ministers and voiced their requests.
Alisher Kozoev also requested Akunbekov to concentrate on providing farmers with irrigation water, and called on Osmonov to take care of establishing a dedicated building for the blood center in the Osh region, which is currently renting a space.
Elvira Surabaldiyeva drew attention to the hospital building on Profsoyuznaya Street in the Kyzyl-Asker district, located on a one-hectare plot. She proposed to build a modern medical facility there that could serve 30,000 to 40,000 residents of the Pervomaisky district, which, in her opinion, would significantly reduce the burden on central medical institutions in Bishkek.
Kamilya Talieva reminded that Akunbekov is also a candidate for the position of Deputy Prime Minister responsible for areas such as energy, transport, emergency situations, and natural resources.
The deputy noted that working in government structures requires special responsibility and can be challenging for newcomers. To this, Akunbekov responded that he is ready to work tirelessly.
Talieva added that she had heard about Osmonov's high professional qualities as a cardiologist, but expressed concerns that corruption could hinder his work, especially in the healthcare sector, where, according to her, outdated methods and problems exist that require the implementation of modern approaches.
