Information about the project was presented by Marat Pirnazarov, the chairman of the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market, operating under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
As Pirnazarov noted, the main goal of this draft law is to improve the system of mandatory housing insurance against the effects of natural disasters and fires.
The draft law aims to enhance the financial stability of the insurance system, as well as to strengthen the protection of citizens' rights. It is expected to ensure timely and guaranteed insurance payments.
