Rector of KRSU Sergey Volkov reported that the university received official confirmation for the allocation of land for the construction of a new campus. He also presented the project for the future building and spoke about recent infrastructural changes at the university.
“We have finally received confirmation for the allocation of land for the campus, which became possible thanks to the support of our partners. We are confident that the project will be successfully implemented,” noted Sergey Volkov.
In his speech to the students, Mikhail Shvydkoy emphasized the importance of personal communication in the era of digitalization.
“The significance of human contacts cannot be overstated, even in the context of technological progress. Their role, on the contrary, is increasing,” he stressed.
Shvydkoy also pointed out that a strategic approach to the future is necessary for the successful development of universities.
“When people think about the future, it has a chance to come true. If you don’t think about it, nothing will happen. What I see at your university indicates an understanding of the responsibility for tomorrow and its prospects,” he added.
As a result of the meeting, the parties expressed interest in further developing cooperation in the humanitarian and educational spheres. Students were able to ask questions about their career prospects and participation in international projects.
