With this application, users will be able to perform various notarial actions in electronic format, including:
- certification of parental or legal representatives' consents for minors to travel abroad;
- consents for registration at the place of residence;
- obtaining a passport;
- issues related to citizenship;
- powers of attorney for working with documents in government institutions and customs, as well as representation of interests without alienation.
The use of the application provides the opportunity to perform notarial actions for both individuals and legal entities located in Kyrgyzstan or abroad, provided that the current legislation and international agreements are complied with.
This new digital tool has become part of a comprehensive reform of notarial services and aims to improve access for citizens and legal entities to notarial services remotely.
