According to information from the Ministry of Health, Elden Kalchakeev, the chief expert of the sectoral policy department of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, introduced the new deputy minister on March 4 at the main office of the ministry.
Tilek Mamadaliev has been appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Health.
