“No one has asked about my position, not even the journalists. Before publishing the video, it would have been reasonable to ask me about what happened. You know how far this has gone? Trash was thrown on my car,” he stated.
He added that he does not intend to seek the culprit in this incident, although, as he noted, the identity could have been established using video cameras.
Kokulov admitted that he did indeed violate traffic rules, but expressed dissatisfaction that the patrol officers came to his home around 11:00 PM, while the violation itself occurred around 7:00 PM.
In addition, the deputy noted that the published video was edited, which creates a false impression of his non-compliance with the law. Kokulov emphasized that he does not evade responsibility for the violation and is ready to pay the fine, suggesting to discuss the situation the next day during working hours.
