In the third reading, the deputies supported the following bills:
- an agreement on financing the first phase of the "One Health" program, aimed at preventing pandemics and creating resilient food systems in Central Asia. The International Development Association and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development are providing Kyrgyzstan with a grant of $1.79 million and a 50-year loan of $30 million with a 10-year grace period and a zero interest rate;
- a protocol amending the Marrakech Agreement establishing the World Trade Organization, concerning subsidies in the fishing sector, aimed at eliminating subsidies that contribute to illegal fishing and supporting the sustainable use of marine resources;
- an agreement with Italy that will create a legal framework for attracting foreign investments and protecting investors' rights by creating favorable conditions and reducing investment-related risks;
- a protocol amending the Nakhchivan Agreement, which strengthens Kyrgyzstan's position on obtaining observer status in the CSTO.
- a protocol to the agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, changing the status of the border crossing points "Tömönkü-Chüy - Road" and "Kichi-Kapka - Road" from bilateral to international with a round-the-clock operating mode;
- a temporary trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and Mongolia, aimed at developing and deepening trade and economic cooperation.
