In Kyrgyzstan, the regulation on the National Digital Ecosystem has been approved

The press service of the government of Kyrgyzstan reported that Adylbek Kasymaliev approved the regulations regarding the National Digital Ecosystem. This document aims to implement the country's Digital Code and create a legal framework for the functioning of a unified digital ecosystem that will ensure data exchange between various state and private structures.

Additionally, the document lists the participants of the National Ecosystem, their rights and obligations, as well as the entities that make up the National Ecosystem, the procedure for their registration in the digital registry, the maintenance of this registry, data sources for processing, and the rules for digital interaction through the "Tunduk" system. It also describes the architecture of the "State Services Factory" and the procedures for resolving disputes both among participants and for complaints about state services.
