According to police data, on March 2, 2026, a citizen O.N. filed a complaint with the First Mai District Department of Internal Affairs, requesting action against the director of MIRELLE& COMPANY.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs, the woman claims that the company's leader received money from her for organizing a tourist tour but failed to fulfill her obligations.
In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the preliminary investigation, law enforcement agencies found that the suspect, having abused the trust, misappropriated a sum of 307,500 soms, causing significant material damage.
Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the First Mai District Department of Internal Affairs, together with the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs, conducted operational-search activities, including monitoring social networks, and established the whereabouts of citizen M.K., after which she was brought to the investigative department.
It is reported that in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs.
Operational-search activities are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of the case and identify possible other victims.
