In her address, she noted: "A woman is an inexhaustible source of warmth and kindness; she is a blessing and support for the family, as well as a great inspiring force. Thanks to your wisdom, tenderness, and patience, the world becomes a better place."
The First Lady also added: "Each of you is a great strength for our Kyrgyzstan. Women are rightly considered a creative force, bearing responsibility for the family, society, and the country. The strength of a woman is the foundation of a strong family, and a strong family is the basis of a strong state."
