The ministers expressed strong concern over the escalating violence in the Middle East
At a recent meeting held on March 7 in Istanbul under the leadership of the Secretary-General of the Organization, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the ministers discussed the situation in the Middle East and adopted a joint statement.
The participants of the meeting condemned the attacks on Turkey and Azerbaijan, as well as all actions that threaten the lives of civilians and stability in the region. They emphasized their deep concern regarding the rise of violence in this area.
The ministers called for preventing such incidents that exacerbate the current situation and create the risk of conflict escalation.
Furthermore, they reaffirmed their commitment to supporting sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security, urging the resolution of disputes solely through peaceful means and dialogue within the framework of international law and diplomacy.
