Resolution No. 158, signed on March 6 by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev, provides for the allocation of funding amounting to up to 2.9% of the total investment required for the construction of this route.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications, which will be responsible for the new directorate, has been instructed to take the necessary steps in accordance with the specified resolution, including the registration of the directorate with the justice authorities.
