Kanatbek Chynybaev has been appointed as the acting Minister of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan. The appointment decree was signed by the President of the country.
According to the press service of the president, a proposal will be sent to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for the approval of Kanatbek Koychubekovich Chynybaev's candidacy, where his appointment to the position of minister is planned.
Until the parliament's approval, he will temporarily perform the duties of the head of this agency.
Also, by the president's decree, Urmatbek Shamyurkanov has been relieved of his position as Minister of Emergency Situations, as reported by the press service of the head of state.
