From 2015 to 2019, Usen uulu served as the General Director of the TV and Radio Company "NTS," and then, from 2019 to 2020, he was the head of the Public Broadcasting Corporation of Kyrgyzstan.
Zhainak Usen uulu has been appointed as an advisor to the Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh on digitalization.
In addition, he is one of the creators of the Law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" and actively participated in the transition to digital broadcasting. From 2015 to 2019, he also headed the LLC "Digital Technologies."
